El Camino church, the TEARS School and TEARS Ministry have partnered with various groups and churches to offer community programs. Sports, health and mentorship programs are offered to those living in the Maria Auxiliadora barrio and nearby communities. Some of the key programs include:

Sports programs: These community programs include baseball and volleyball day camps for teenagers and men’s basketball team activities. Team leaders are important role models for the youth.
- Girls Mentorship program: Teachers from the TEARS School have started small group mentorship programs for girls at risk of abuse.
- Health programs: The medical clinic at the TEARS School offers free medical care to children and their families. The dispensary provides needed medications for those living in poverty.
- Food Bank: El Camino church has a social program providing food baskets to those in need in Maria Auxiliadora.
- Hurricane Relief program: Partners from Canada partnered with El Camino Church in the provision of mosquito nets, clean water, basic home bedding and cooking supplies for families (Dominican and Haitian) impacted by recent hurricanes.
